I love to spend time with my grandchildren during spring break, eating at our favorite local restaurants, playing in nearby parks, and taking advantage of the many terrific resources and activities that our state has to offer.
Our outings this year reminded me how lucky I am to live in and represent our district. During National Volunteer Month, I hope that you will join me in serving in our communities – keeping our public spaces tidy, supporting our friends and neighbors in need, and advocating for causes that will benefit our families.
One of the greatest gifts that we can give is our time and when we volunteer, we can directly see the impact. In this edition, I have highlighted ways to find service opportunities in our district, as well as identified a few upcoming activities in our townships and boroughs. Together, we can keep NJ26 a wonderful place to live and work.
Until next time,
Assemblywoman BettyLou DeCroce
