NJ's 26th Legislative District

The 26th District is full of opportunities to explore everything New Jersey has to offer! From hiking trails and exploring at Norvin Green, Farney, and Abraham S. Hewitt State Parks & Forests, to NJ cultural locations like Jack's Petting & Pony Farm and Kip's Castle, to enjoying the arts at locations like the Women's Theater Company at the Parsippany Playhouse -- we have it all!

The district includes the Essex County communities of Fairfield Township, North Caldwell Borough, Verona Township and West Caldwell Township; the Morris County municipalities of Butler Borough, Jefferson Township, Kinnelon Borough, Lincoln Park Borough, Montville Township, Morris Plains Borough, Parsippany-Troy Hills Township and Rockaway Township; along with the Passaic County community of West Milford Township.

Our current district population is 219,136. Approximately 53.8% of our district residents are over the age of 40, and 14.7% are Seniors. The median household income in our district is approximately $97,900, which is 36.6% higher than the NJ average. 64% of our district residents are employed (other than the military), and we have an unemployment rate of 5.6%.
