The US House Committee on Small Business has produced this informative FAQ regarding Small Business Administration (SBA) low-interest disaster loans at this time.

The first two questions you will see, have been addressed by our state of New Jersey. Any small NJ businesses applying for these type loans should start with Question #3: My state received approval so where do small businesses apply? The short answer is at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/ or they can also reach out to their local SBA District Offices.
